My name is Cathy Knowles and I am a Sports Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Energy Worker.

I believe that our minds, bodies and spirits work together as a whole and should be treated as a whole.
If we are to function to our optimum potential the energy flowing through our mind, body and spirit should be balanced. This idea applies to whatever task you undertake; working in an office, looking after children or running a marathon....balance is the key to success.

I offer treatments that I believe can help you to achieve your balance and, therefore, your success.
