A Reiki Treatment is a relaxing yet invigorating experience lasting approximately 1 hour. During a treatment you will lie, fully clothed, on a couch whilst I place my hands on your body in a sequence of movements. You will experience deep relaxation and may feel a tingling sensation and warmth as the energy flows.

Reiki is a suitable treatment for any stress related condition as well as being an ideal boost for your energy levels.

The cost for a 1 hour treatment is £45.

I also offer training in the Usui System of Reiki.

Reiki First Degree is an introduction to Reiki and on completion you will be able to give treatments yourself, family and friends. The cost of the 1 day course including a full instruction manual is £120.

Reiki Second Degree teaches the Reiki symbols used to enhance treatments and gives you the ability to send distance healing. The cost of the 1 day course including a full instruction manual is £150.

Reiki Third Degree is for those who wish to become Reiki Masters. On completion of the course you will be attuned to Master Level and will have the knowledge to teach and attune others. The cost of the 2 day course is £300.
